ADVANCED TESTING

Understanding your body starts with the right information.

At The Set, we combine health testing, body composition, strength and movement assessment to build a clearer picture of you.

Your results help inform a more personalised approach to training, rehabilitation, nutrition, supplementation, recovery and lifestyle with repeat testing to measure progress over time.

 HOW STRONG ARE YOU?

Strength is fundamental to staying physically capable as we age, but most of us have never actually measured it.

Using VALD performance technology, we assess strength, grip strength, power, balance, asymmetry and movement quality, including 3D movement analysis.

Your results give you an objective picture of how your body moves and performs, helping us identify strengths, imbalances and areas to focus on. Where appropriate, results can also be viewed against available reference data, giving greater context to your numbers.

We then use that information to help personalise your training or rehabilitation, and retest to see what has changed.

Because progress doesn’t have to be guesswork. It can be measured.

Our Boditrax 2.0 Body Metrics Scan gives you a detailed picture of your body composition, and a baseline from which to track change.

In just a few minutes, discover more about your muscle mass, body fat, visceral fat, hydration, bone mass, metabolic measures and the distribution of muscle and fat throughout your body.

Advanced metrics including cellular integrity, sarcopenia, functional muscle percentage and protein provide further insight into muscle and cellular health, increasingly relevant when the goal is to maintain strength, function and physical capability as we age.

Your results can help inform your training, nutrition, protein intake, recovery and lifestyle, while repeat scans show how your body is responding over time.
